Our Process
-
Initial Design Consultation
The most important part for us is to ensure we understand you and your lifestyle. What is it that you want to create? You may already have a clear vision, or perhaps you need a little more help visualising the outcome. Either way, this is where we get to know you and will collaborate with you to create a scope of works, timescales and an understanding of your preliminary budgets. All of these factors will ensure that we deliver your desired design and quality.
-
Spatial Planning
Once we know you a little bit better, the next step is to acquaint ourselves with your property. Ideally, we will visit the property with you, though we are also able to visit independently with your brief to hand if you are unable to attend. Here we will ensure we have all of the technical specifications, measurements and dimensions required to inform the initial project design. In the event that the property is not yet visitable for any reason, we are also able to work from floor plans and specifications provided, remaining in dialogue with the property developer to ensure we have everything covered.
-
Design Concepts
This is where we start to bring your vision to life. Following our initial meeting and spatial planning, we begin to create our initial design concepts and to outline the project’s roadmap. The design phase is a process of careful evolution, so we would look to meet you again to ensure that our plan aligns with your requirements.
-
Full Proposal
The devil is in the detail. After signing off all design concepts, we will curate a full proposal over an agreed period with you. Having a fully proposed design enables us to procure each project component in the shape, size, finish and fabrics of your specification. We endeavour to incorporate every detail at this stage and you need only ask should you wish to know more about any design element. As we create the proposal we will collaborate with you to make key decisions, to ensure that every piece and decoration is to your liking ahead of your sign-off on the final design.
-
Procurement, Logistics & Installation
When the finalised proposal has been agreed upon by you, our team will get to work behind the scenes. We work with our supply chain, warehousing team and design installers to undertake the full installation, following a full project plan with a mutually agreed completion date. To ensure you are kept fully abreast of our progress, we will share a weekly project update with you. Once access is arranged and delivery dates confirmed, we will get to work completing the project. Once everything is completed, we will be delighted to share some preview photos with you prior to your arrival.
-
Project Completion
The sum of all the parts: we will walk around the property together to ensure your satisfaction with every last detail, before leaving you to enjoy your new space. We are not happy until you are, so we are committed to ensuring your total satisfaction at project completion.
